Pay: UNCAPPED commissions with averages from $80,000 - $200,000 per year + Bonuses. We're seeking Experienced Roofing Sales Project Managers to join our dynamic team! Must have a reliable Truck or SUV that can carry a ladder for roof inspections

Responsibilities

:

• Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals to identify potential roofing projects. - Meet with company generated leads / potential roofing projects.
• Conduct thorough roof inspections and assessments to accurately determine project scope and provide cost estimates to clients.
• Manage roofing projects from initial client contact through project completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and present proposals tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each client, outlining recommended solutions and pricing options.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company policies.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and maximize sales growth. - Be honest, dependable, and trustworthy.

Qualifications

:

• Roofing Sales & Project Management Experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable vehicle - truck or similar needed to transport ladders, signs, etc.
• Presentable appearance, energetic social personality, and strong people skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
