What You'll Do

• Engage with the public, sharing the benefits of renewable energy in neighborhoods and at community events like expos and fairs.
• Close deals with professionalism and clarity.
• Represent Rooftop Power with integrity, as if every customer were family.
• Hit weekly and monthly sales goals that come with serious bonuses. What You Need:
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of sales experience - Previous solar experience? Even better!
• Must be hungry, competitive, and driven by results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and organized--you'll manage your own schedule
• A positive, growth-focused mindset
