Key Responsibilities

:

• Connect with customers who have requested moving estimates.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to educate clients about our services.
• Travel to customer homes (from Port Saint Lucie to Boca Raton) to provide accurate in-home estimates.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate services or solutions.
• Provide clear and accurate pricing, quotes, and service timelines.
• Convert leads into booked moves through consistent follow-up and customer care.
• Maintain professional and timely communication at all stages of the sales process.
• Manage daily tasks and follow company policies with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Required Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of inside sales or phone-based sales experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong grammar, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, open team environment.
• Previous call center or phone sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel locally for in-home estimate appointments.
