Key Responsibilities

:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates
• Provide timely, accurate, and complete insurance quotes and policy recommendations
• Identify opportunities to round out accounts with additional personal lines or life insurance coverage
• Conduct regular account reviews to address client needs and improve satisfaction
• Follow up on client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure top-tier service
• Uphold high standards of ethical conduct and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow
• Empathetic and persuasive, with a client-first mindset Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
