Conklin Limestone in Lincoln, RI is looking for an inside sales person to join our team. Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly courteous manner
• Answer phone in an upbeat tone, ability to transfer and take messages
• Assist Customers in their purchases, from product selection to calculating orders
• Process Customer orders in Quickbooks accurately and efficiently
• Check availability of stock by communicating with Yard Team Members
• Updating Customers on their orders via phone or email

Duties

regarding Store Opening, Store Closing, and Cash Drawer procedures

• Maintain proper housekeeping in the sales office, break room, and restrooms
• Stock inventory of products stocked in Sales Office
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or needed

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
• Ability to do basic math; calculate square footage, area of circle, etc.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to build effective relationships with all customers
• Ability to lift 50 lbs

Compensation
