Service & Sales Operations Manager Needed for Equipment Supplier Company Location: Waldorf, MD Annual Pay: $90K-$150K Shift: 1st (7am-4pm) Schedule: Monday-Friday Job

Qualifications

:

• Must have 5 or more years of maintenance management experience in the service industry (open to candidates coming from HVAC, Appliance Repair, Electrical, Mechanical, and/or Commercial/Building Maintenance)
• Recent experience managing teams who perform field service work is required(i.e., oversee direct reports who travel to different locations on a daily basis using company vehicles)
• Must have experience setting up and creating SOPs and processes
• Must have experience in sales and/or business development/growth
• Must have experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing equipment/machinery involving electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues
• Experience with industrial trash/recycle compactors is a plus
• CMMS experience is a plus
