Responsibilities

:

• Take ownership of the sales department and customer's experience by providing concierge support for all owner inquiries, customers, phone, text, email or in person that allow the dealership to provide a positive experience.
• Provide our sales staff with direction with daily morning meetings
• Follow up with our Sales staff as well as Finance Department.
• Ensure each employee receives and understands the responsibilities of the job. Must be computer compliant and knowledge of automotive software.
• Maintaining strong factory relationship
• Daily sales meetings with the staff for training
• Monitor daily CSI and customer retention.
• Monitor sales opportunities provided through service lane
• Work and Watch over the deals, work with banks for approval and submit paperwork to finance.
• Appraise and audit trade-ins
• Oversee Finance and daily review of CIT

Qualifications

:

• Automotive Sales Manager or Finance Experience for at least 5 years
• Organized and outgoing friendly personality
• Time management skills
• Computer and Communication skills
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen COVID-19 Precaution(s):
