Insurance Agent Sales/Service Agent Representative-Agent Team Member wanted for a State Farm Insurance Agency office. You'll help build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home , business, life and health insurance and financial services. (Insurance Licenses Required / Bilingual Preferred). This insurance position requires INSURANCE LICENSES - You must possess or be able to acquire asap - If unlicensed, we'll provide tools for you to successfully get insurance licensed. BENEFITS:

• Comp for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills and ability, experience, education, licenses. DUTIES:
• Use an insurance customer needs-based review process to educate insurance customers about insurance options.
• Understanding and offering recommended additional insurance coverages to existing and new insurance customers
• Quote insurance proposals for lines of insurance products and find a way to close the insurance sale.
• Answer calls from insurance customers promptly and provide a high level of service.
• Review accounts during all communication to maximize insurance discounts and address all insurance gaps in coverages
• Confirms insurance policies for accuracy in a timely fashion.
• Performs timely follow-up and resolution related to potential insurance cancellations
• Completes all insurance items accurately and timely. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Insurance agency experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred This position is with a State Farm independent contractor State Farm Insurance Agent's office, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Supplemental Pay:
