Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs.
• Process transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring accuracy in the cash register.
• Upsell products by effectively communicating promotions and special offers.
• Maintain knowledge of store products and services to provide informed recommendations.
• Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is organized and displayed attractively.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Adhere to all store policies regarding phone etiquette and customer interactions. Experience
• Previous experience in a cashier or retail sales role is preferred.
• Experience using cash registers and POS systems is highly desirable.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse customers.
• Supervisory experience is a plus for those looking to advance within the company.
