Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective customers seeking health insurance solutions.
• Manage and work back-to-back inbound leads utilizing advanced marketing resources.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to the company's uniform and conduct policies.
• Consistently meet sales targets and deliver top-quality client service.

Requirements

• Active Health Insurance License in Louisiana (LA), South Carolina (SC), Florida (FL), or Texas (TX).
• FFM Certification for 2025 (Federally Facilitated Marketplace).
• Strong commitment to excellence, customer service, and company standards.
• High energy, motivated, and goal-driven mindset.

• Commission-Based Structure (Tiered):
• CPA Below $50: $25 per deal + $100 daily bonus (UHC & Ambetter plans prioritized).
• CPA Below $65: $20 per deal.
• CPA Over $65: $15 per deal.
• CPA Over $80: $10 per deal.
• Performance Bonuses: $100 daily bonus for prioritizing UHC and Ambetter plans and achieving targets.
