Job description A leading Seattle area Dealership is looking for a Used Car Manager with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

: - Oversee the used car department and manage all aspects of the used car inventory from acquisition to reconditioning and marketing - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability consistent with direction from leadership - Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand - Provide sales support to the sales team by assisting with customer inquiries, negotiations, and closing deals - Conduct outside sales activities to attract new customers and expand the customer base - Ensure organizational efficiency by implementing effective processes and procedures - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business - Collaborate with the sales team to set sales goals and targets Skills: - Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory control and ensure accurate record keeping - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive buying experience for customers - Sales skills to effectively promote and sell used cars - Ability to get along and effectively communicate with colleagues and staff - Sales management experience to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals If you are a motivated individual who wants to take a successful department to even greater heights with a passion for sales and have experience in managing used car inventory, we want to hear from you. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $110,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
