PBA Health, a growing company in the pharmaceutical industry in Kansas City, Missouri is expanding our Inside Sales Department and currently looking for qualified Business Improvement Specialists. This position offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped monthly commission. Estimated first year earnings between $50,000-$60,000 (uncapped). Inside Sales Representative (Entry Level) Job

Responsibilities

:

• Exceeds established daily and monthly goals for phone time, call count and revenue
• Places outbound phone calls to promote and sell products
• Establishes and maintains relationships with future and current clients
• Remains up to date on company products, marketplace relationships, and competitive strength
• Maintains the contact database
• Responds promptly and effectively throughout all aspects of communication Education/Experience:
• Pharmacy Technician Experience is a HUGE PLUS!
• Some college preferred but not required
• B2B sales experience preferred but not required (ON-SITE TRAINING AVAILABLE)
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Skills:
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Maintains a good work ethic
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and will thrive in a sell more - earn more environment
• Ability to quickly recover from rejections with a positive attitude
• Desire to help people solve problems and developing relationships
