Sales Associate

Requirements

:

• Enthusiastic and energetic.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Generating leads.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Greet customers in a timely and positive manner to create a positive sales experience for the customer.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Identify the customer's needs and provides information related to the products and services we provide.
• Responsible for monitoring store merchandise to maintain optimum inventory level.
• Maintains the visual appeal of the store, including the back room, restrooms and individual work areas .
• Responsible for adherence to all Company policies and procedures
• Answering client questions about , products, prices and availability.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
• Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges and security practices. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
