Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register.
• Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and in storage areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Stay informed about product knowledge to effectively sell items and promote new arrivals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus.
