We are currently looking to add a Commercial Account Executive to our commercial lines department. We are in Smithfield, Rhode Island right off Route 295. We are a family-run agency that has been in business for 70 years and we specialize in all aspects of Commercial Lines insurance. The job position is Monday - Friday (9:00 am to 5 pm) with an excellent benefits package and competitive salary.

Responsibilities

:

• Present company products and services to new and existing customers
• Manage and service an existing book of business
• Process renewals, endorsements, claims, and certificates
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Work hand and hand with a commercial lines producer

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in Commercial Lines
• Familiarity with Agency Management Systems
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented Work Remotely
