Overview

: As a Territory Based Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our outdoor products, including custom awnings, motorized screens, and other outdoor solutions with leads that are provided through multiple sources. Your primary goal is to build strong relationships with potential customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that meet their outdoor living goals. You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to present our products in the best possible way and close deals efficiently. We will provide comprehensive training on products and sales techniques catered to our services.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales leads.
• Meet with homeowners in your assigned territory (company leads + your own prospecting)
• Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels (in-person, online, phone, etc.).
• Conduct product presentations and demos to highlight the benefits of awnings, motorized screens, and other outdoor products.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with leads and existing customers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales.
• Collaborate with the operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best solutions to clients.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in outdoor products, home improvement, or a related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of customers.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience selling awnings, motorized screens, or outdoor solutions is a plus but not required.
