POWERSPORTS AND MARINE SALES ASSOCIATES JOB DESCRIPTION: Riva Motorsports and Marine of the Keys is seeking a seasoned hard working, high energy, highly motivated Powersports and Marine Sales Professional to join our high performing team. Our ideal candidate would be someone committed to creating an amazing buying experience for our customers. (Previous sales experience is required.) Our products range from New and Preowned Boats, Jet Boats, Personal Watercraft, Motorcycles, ATVs, and Golf Cars. We offer something for everyone for every season. POWERSPORTS AND MARINE SALES ASSOCIATES RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet customers upon arrival and guide prospects through the sales process. Assist customers to find a unit that meets their needs. Enhance the customer experience and advance sales process by demonstrating the unit's features. Track progress and follow up with prospects using CRM. Assist customers in the completion of their purchase. Assist management in ensuring the inventory is merchandised correctly to maximize sales POWERSPORTS AND MARINE SALES ASSOCIATES QUALIFICATIONS: Outgoing and friendly personality, especially while handling objections Persistent, competitive and possesses a strong work ethic Strong interpersonal and communications skills in person, over the phone, text and email. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
