Duties

: - Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals - Develop and maintain client relationships - Conduct needs-based analysis to determine appropriate coverage options - Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns - Stay up-to-date on insurance industry trends and changes in policies and regulations - Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies - Prepare quotes, proposals, and policy documents accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets - Proficient in using sales administration tools and software Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
