We are a fast-growing powersports dealer seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to motivate and manage a team of sales reps while fostering relationships with customers.

Duties

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance performance.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and maximize outreach efforts.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Experience
• Proven experience in sales or a related field is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Proficiency in CRM software for managing customer relationships.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a strong understanding of market trends. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
