We are a passionate senior living community seeking dedicated and caring healthcare professionals who want to make an impact on the lives of the residents they serve. Purpose: To assist with census development and maintain positive professional relationships while promoting company brand. Key Accountabilities:

• Create new and service existing professional relationships which result in referrals to the community.
• Participate as an active leader in the community relating to strategic planning for the developments of marketing action plan.
• Attend community special events to promote our brand.
• Monitor trends and conversion ratios.
• Develop and implement special events and presentations targeted as community education.
• Serve as a member of the marketing team whose purpose is to improve occupancy and enhance resident and community relations. Skill and Experience Required:
• Sales experience with demonstrated results.
• Experience in a retirement, nursing home, or assisted living industry preferred.
• Proven skills to work independently.
• Computer literacy.
• Ability to prepare reports including quarterly marketing plans and 30/60/90 day sales reports.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, community officials, referral sources and the general public.
• Is a positive representative of the Community and sets a strong example of professional conduct and appearance. LI-CM1
