Overview

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Insurance Sales Representative with strong networking skills to join our team. This role is ideal for self- starters who thrive on building relationships, generating leads, and closing sales. You will represent top-rated carriers offering home and auto insurance solutions tailored to individual client needs.

Compensation

• 100% Commission-Based : Unlimited earning potential based on your performance.
• No base salary; you earn what you sell.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Generate leads and build a robust pipeline through networking, referrals, community events, and social media.
• Conduct consultations with prospective clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate home and auto coverage.
• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients.
• Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service post-sale.
• Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and state regulations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Requirements

:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance, financial services, or similar industries.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
