We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Agent with a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license to join our team and help grow our client base while providing exceptional service. Job

Responsibilities

:

• Develop and maintain client relationships by assessing their insurance needs and recommending suitable coverage options.
• Sell property and casualty insurance policies to individuals and businesses.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing efforts.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, explaining policy details, and assisting with claims and renewals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, policy changes, and new insurance products.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals and business objectives.

Qualifications

:

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required).
• Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus but not required. . Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour License/Certification:
