We are currently expanding our team at Pure Barre Dulles and seeking a qualified General Manager. We're looking for a well-rounded candidate who's capable of driving sales, creating community and delivering topnotch customer service. COMPENSATION & PERKS

Duties

- 60%

• Create lead generation opportunities by attending grass roots marketing and networking events
• Calling prospects to establish a relationship and schedule first visits
• Implement sales processes and train sales associate staff
• Assist with studio retail sales
• Manage memberships in studio's CRM Platform
• Ensure Daily Lead Management checklist is executed by Sales Associate team
• Attend weekly communication calls with the Regional Manager and Owners.
• Communicate SOP + weekly scripts to Sales Associates monthly and as needed Operational

Duties

- 40%

• Supervise studio staff and manage staff schedule
• Plan and execute events throughout the year - like anniversary celebrations, open houses, member milestones, outdoor pop up classes, studio challenges, happy hours, client appreciation nights, etc. - to attract new prospects and grow an already strong sense of community among members
• Monitor and respond to client calls/emails/texts to provide solutions for customer service issues
• Communicate studio policies and procedures effectively
• Manage social media posts and track client milestones REQUIREMENTS:
• or relevant experience is preferred but not required
• Outgoing and confident personality - not afraid to get on the phone and engage!
• Understand how to prioritize multiple projects/deadlines
• Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail sales
• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
• Team player mentality and keeps an open line of communication with co-workers, clients, studio owner and prospects
• This is a full-time position. Candidate must be able to work a flexible schedule with mornings, nights, and weekend availability. A mix of in-person and work from home hours can be established! Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
