Overview

As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be essential in meeting customers' needs, responding to inquiries promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your focus will be on building strong, long-term client relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Management : Oversee a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
• Client Relationships : Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients.
• Customer Support : Act as the primary point of contact, addressing individual customer needs.
• Business Development : Generate new business through existing and potential networks.
• Conflict Resolution : Address and resolve conflicts, providing timely solutions to customers.
• Reporting : Maintain detailed reports on account statuses and transactions.
• Sales Targeting : Set and track sales targets aligned with company objectives.
• Sales Metrics : Monitor and analyze sales metrics, including quarterly results and forecasts.
• Performance Improvement : Suggest strategies to enhance sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

Compensation

• Base Salary : $40,000 per year
• Commission : 2%

Qualifications

• Proven track record in customer service with strong interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience, preferably in outside sales roles.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to close deals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, and PowerPoint.
