Full description of the position

As an Inside Sales Representative at Robin Rents Equipment, you will provide service and support to internal and external customers. This is a pivotal role as you will be the first point of contact for many customers. Therefore, professionalism is key in this high volume and fast paced environment. What you'll do:

• Be the face of our fast growing company!
• Handle customers one on one to help find the solution to their rental and sales needs.
• Provide superior customer service driving sales and rental volume.
• Manage contracts through Point of Rental.
• Manage cash sales accurately.
• Log all call details and follow up on sales leads.
• Adhere to processes and call guidelines as applicable to the call type.
• Stay organized and consisted in a fast paced environment.
• Other duties assigned as needed by management.

Requirements

:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years Customer Service Experience.
• Strong verbal skills and ability to speak clearly and articulate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Able to handle high volume tasks.
• Excellent time management and efficiency skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with heavy attention to detail.
• Able to deal with conflict and respond professionally.
• Ability to work alongside others professionally and communicate effectively.
• Ability to learn about equipment and it's applications.
• Must be available to work Monday-Friday 6:45am-5pm and Saturday mornings from 6:45am-12pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
