Insurance Sales Representative Charter Financial Group is looking for Life & Health Sales Representatives in our Rhode Island office. Candidates must be eager to learn, have high standards, and have a strong work ethic. Past sales experience is preferred but not required. As a Sales Representative, your role involves meeting retirees to present insurance products backed by leading industry giants. Importantly, we're not a captive agency, ensuring access to a wide array of products from various top- tier insurance carriers. This position offers performance-based compensation with no earning caps, meaning your pay will directly reflect your results (commission).
