Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territory sales and develop strategies to maximize revenue growth.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and inquiries promptly.
• Conduct regular account management activities to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Engage in retail sales activities, promoting products and services effectively.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business development.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to align on goals and strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying potential new customers.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Experience
• Proven experience in territory sales or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong background in customer service, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Experience in account management, demonstrating the ability to nurture long-term partnerships.
• Familiarity with retail sales processes and techniques is advantageous.
• Previous experience in direct sales or technology sales is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on persuasive selling techniques.
