Responsibilities

:

• Conduct inbound and out bound calls, text, and emails.
• Contact leads and set up appointments from leads for our sales team.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value.
• Provide exceptional customer service and nurture relationships with prospective clients. BDC

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
