Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their needs, ensuring an exceptional sales experience.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and process for repair or replacement of a wide range of iOS devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Apple Watches.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and after-sales care.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring equipment and tools are in excellent condition.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a tech-related environment.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing iOS devices (certifications such as Apple Certified iOS Technician are a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour
