Job Description

: The following will be just a few of the responsibilities you will be assigned:

• Learn about Vehicles & Technology (just the basic cool stuff) and how to present with in a fun way
• Communicate with your customers through internet and phone before and after the sale to provide customer service
• Create value in products through demonstration and customer communications
• Staying on top of industry trends
• Work seamlessly with a wide range of different departments Desired Skills & Experience: A successful sales associate requires excellent communication and product knowledge; Prior internet sales experience is a plus but we will train the right candidate and the ability to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills:
• Excellent customer service skills
• Outstanding presentation & communication.
• Fast learner & interested in new technologies
• The ability to remain cool under pressure

Compensation

: Our compensation is industry leading and you will never make less than $300 per vehicle sold. We know it can be scary to start a new profession so we offer a non commission sales plan that can earn big bucks fast. Our average sales rep made over $65,000 last year with top sales making over $150,000 We also offer: Flexible hours for performers + top sales sets their own schedule
