About A nationwide leader in the industrial emergency generator industry is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to act as a point of contact for current and new/potential clients, handle client onboarding, work orders, and service requests. The ideal candidate has experience with generators and power generation. Location and Schedule

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain new customers: cold calls, call-ins or other channels
• Develop excellent customer service to increase revenue
• Manage and monitor customer calls and emails, and work with the operations and sales team to ensure work orders are successfully completed
• Onboard new clients and ensure all documentation is processed
• Verify and review work orders for accuracy
• Maintain excellent communication with clients
• Quote and estimate parts and services.
• Resolve and follow up on customer issues and complaints
• Notify the customer of routine price increases and service updates
• Invoice customers for work orders

Qualifications

and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in sales or technical roles within the power generation, marine, or industrial sectors.
• Electrical and/or mechanical aptitude; understanding of power generation systems (generators, switchgear, transfer switches); MTU experience is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated success managing full-cycle sales and exceeding revenue goals.
• Proficient with CRM tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to engage in cold calling, warm outreach, and professional networking to generate leads. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
