Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
• Manage accounts and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling.
• Generate leads through cold calling and networking within the industry.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for territory management and sales growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Track sales metrics and report on performance regularly to ensure targets are met.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or a similar sales role is preferred.
• Strong skills in cold calling, lead generation, and account management.
• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and territory management is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• A proactive approach to upselling products and services based on customer needs.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
