$50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Base plus Commission and Incentives Remote and in Office Positions Available Job description Sell general insurance products to agency target customers. As a result grow the customer insurance portfolio and insurance client base generating substantial and sustainable growth in the agency. You must ensure that the results and activities are recorded and made visible to Agency Management. Hiring for in office in the cities of La Puente and Azusa.

Responsibilities

for the Insurance Sales Agent:

• Selling coverage from leads the Agency provides and those that you generate
• Prospect and write new P&C policies from within and outside the book of business
• Follows consistent sales process for all prospects
• Understands and implements pipeline management for follow up
• Understands and follows company guidelines
• Ensures all documents are received and signed
• Maintains knowledge of new products
• Always portrays a professional image through proper appearance and actions
• Lives into core values

Qualifications

for the Insurance Sales Agent:

• A California Personal Lines license or higher is required or willing to obtain within 30 days.
• Previous Agency/Brokerage experience is preferred
• Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills
• Must be motivated and determined
• Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
