Job Description

We're seeking a professional, experienced inbound phone sales representative to handle all incoming calls, inquiries, and online leads for our dumpster rental service. This is not a cold-calling role -- you'll be speaking with people who are already interested and ready to book. Your job is to convert those inquiries into paying customers by clearly communicating our offer and delivering a confident, friendly customer experience. What You 'll Do

• Answer and manage inbound phone calls and online leads in a timely, professional manner
• Convert inquiries into bookings by clearly communicating pricing, availability, and service details
• Use a consultative approach to guide both residential and contractor customers through their options
• Maintain high close rates in a competitive local market
• Track leads and bookings in our CRM or scheduling system
• Communicate with dispatch if needed to confirm availability or special customer needs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional sales experience required
• Phone-based sales experience strongly preferred
• Must be an excellent verbal communicator with a confident, friendly tone
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must have a quiet home office environment and reliable internet connection Schedule
• Full-time
• Availability required during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm EST)
• Some weekend or after-hours availability may be requested for lead response

Compensation

• Base pay: $25,000-$40,000 annually based on experience and performance
• Performance-based bonuses may be available
