Home Design Inc., in Fairfax, VA is looking for one sales associate to join our 8 person strong team. We are located on 3159 Draper Dr, Ste A. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• A history sales in residential remodeling, construction, real estate or other related business
• An experience in kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Close new sales from company provided preset sales appointments derived from various marketing channels
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Strong Microsoft Office/computer skills.
• A desire to exceed client expectations
• Advises customers by providing information on products.
• Use judgment to solve customer problems
• Maintains scheduling commitments
