Real Estate Broker Sadle Home Selling Team - Portland, OR$102,030 - $259,870 a year - Full-time, Commission

Job Summary

- Sadle Home Selling Team WHAT WE OFFER: 100% Commission Pay

• LEADS - 40-75 leads monthly (enough to close 2-3 transactions per month out of the gate
• APPOINTMENTS - Set by our Inside Sales Team
• MARKETING - We pay for all marketing including an extensive Radio/TV campaign
• TECHNOLOGY - Full technology suite including CRM, phone system, real estate apps, and a lot more
• SUPPORT - Full time showing specialist, listing manager, transaction manager, and full inside sales team (no cost)
• TRAINING - Full time training director for support in lead conversion, contracts, and all things real estate

• Our agents are consistently earning over $100K per year! We are one of the top Real Estate teams in Portland/SW Washington & we are looking to add to our Real Estate Team. The right individual will be: -A Team Player -Driven -Competitive -Determined -Sociable & -Enthusiastic -Growth Oriented You will be provided with appointments, leads, administrative support, and all the tools you need.We have an unlimited supply of leads including internet leads, call in leads from radio advertising, & appointments set by our team of telemarketers. We need agents to service them. We are a team of Buyer Specialists, Listing Specialist, Administrators, and Telemarketers, and door to door canvassers so we are busy every day! You will focus daily on generating, converting, and servicing all buyer & seller leads. Our Team supports the Agent by training you to use our proven Buyer & Listing Presentations, Transaction Management, Providing leads from our Call Center, and all Marketing for you.Current active real estate license is a plus and not mandatory if you're in the process of getting your license, we can help. If you've always wanted to be in real estate and just a little cautious of making the jump, this can be your perfect bridge. Sales background will be a plus!
