Wentworth Studio is a premier luxury residential design-build firm serving Montgomery County, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia. We specialize in high-end home additions, kitchen and bath renovations, basement remodels, and full-home transformations.

About the Role

: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to drive new business and grow revenue. You will work closely with homeowners, architects, and designers to sell our design-build remodeling services.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
• Guide clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to signed design agreements.
• Conduct consultations to understand client needs and propose tailored remodeling solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, architects, and real estate professionals.
• Collaborate with our design and construction teams to ensure smooth project handoff. Ideal Candidate:
• Knowledge of home remodeling, construction, or architecture is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clientele.
• Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently to meet sales targets. Proven experience in sales (preferably in home remodeling, design-build, or luxury real estate).Pay: Commission Based Job Type: Contract Supplemental Pay:
