Business Development & Marketing Representative Innovations Community Mental Health Center - Dallas, TX Full-Time | Hybrid Field & Office Role | Competitive Pay + Growth Potential Are you passionate about expanding access to mental health care and transforming communities through high-impact partnerships? At Innovations Community Mental Health Center , we believe in meeting clients where they are --literally and figuratively. As a full-service outpatient mental health provider serving children through geriatric populations across Texas via telehealth and the DFW Metroplex in-person, our mission is to deliver compassionate, person-centered care that supports healing, recovery, and growth. We are currently seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Business Development & Marketing Representative to help us amplify our reach , build strategic referral networks , and spread awareness of our innovative, wraparound behavioral health services--including PHP, IOP, therapy, medication management, case management, crisis care, and telepsychiatry. What You 'll Do

• Build, nurture, and expand partnerships with schools, healthcare systems, social service agencies, criminal justice entities, employers , and other potential referral sources.
• Represent Innovations at networking events, conferences, and community meetings , effectively communicating our programs, values, and referral process.
• Conduct presentations and outreach visits to referral partners, demonstrating how Innovations can enhance outcomes through timely access to care.
• Collaborate with leadership and intake staff to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for referred clients.
• Contribute to marketing strategies across print, digital, and in-person channels, and maintain a presence on community boards and relevant platforms.
• Track referral trends, engagement metrics, and conversion data to inform continuous improvement and marketing efforts. What We 're Looking For
• Prior experience in business development, community outreach, or healthcare marketing , preferably within mental health or home health.
• A natural relationship-builder with strong interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Mission-aligned mindset with a heart for service and social impact , especially in underserved and diverse communities.
• Knowledge of mental health, Medicaid/Medicare systems, or behavioral health care delivery is a plus.
• Must be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage priorities independently while reporting progress to leadership. Why Join Innovations?
