As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and driven Canvas Manager to lead our canvassing team and power the next stage of our expansion.

Overview

As our Canvas Manager , you'll be responsible for leading, training, and motivating a team of door-to-door canvassers to generate high-quality leads for our design consultants. Your leadership will be key in maintaining high- performance standards, optimizing conversion metrics, and cultivating a results-oriented team culture. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on accountability, coaching, and measurable growth.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing canvassing team
• Train team members in lead-generation strategies, objection handling, and territory management
• Track and report daily team performance metrics including leads, set rate, issue rate, and conversions
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to underperforming reps while recognizing top performers
• Foster a culture of motivation, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Lead daily huddles and weekly training sessions to maintain momentum
• Collaborate with company leadership to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue goals
• Monitor key KPIs such as raw-to-set %, issue %, demo %, and close %

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing canvassing or direct sales teams in the home improvement industry
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching expertise with measurable team success
• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
• Strong interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Base Salary: $55,000/year
• Performance Bonuses: Monthly bonuses tied to revenue and set rate metrics
• On-Target Earnings: $100,000/year when performance goals are met, with potential to exceed OTE
