We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team at a local outdoor sporting goods store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment.

Duties

- Assist customers in locating products and provide information about products - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized store environment - Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly - Utilize retail math skills to calculate prices and apply discounts

Qualifications

- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred - Proficiency in basic math for transactions and inventory management - Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Familiarity with sporting goods store operations is advantageous Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
