Location: Alexandria, VA (US) Description: Seeking an entry-level sales team member to join our growing sales team. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new opportunities. Rep will generate leads from targeted marketing lists, conduct prospecting, qualify opportunities on the phone, and coordinate hand-off of opportunities to Sales. - Take leads generated through marketing activity and develop them into prospects. - Make at least 50 outbound calls/day. - Maintain activities in sales tracking system, including data entry, follow-up and hand-off to direct sales team. Skills Required: - Excellent phone/email presence and interpersonal skills - Excellent verbal and written skills - Results oriented. Capable of bringing prospects to the next step in the sales process - Posses a strong work ethic with ability to work independently Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required Experience with software sales a plus
