Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives within the skilled nursing and subacute care sector across the Illinois/Chicagoland area. Ideal for a seasoned healthcare executive, this role blends relationship-building with data-driven strategy to expand referral networks and promote our services across new markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development & Relationship Management

• Build and nurture relationships with skilled nursing facilities, healthcare providers, and payer networks.
• Identify growth opportunities and lead initiatives to expand services and footprint.
• Represent CID at networking events, industry conferences, and stakeholder meetings. Sales & Marketing Leadership
• Lead and execute targeted marketing strategies to grow referral pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams on brand awareness and outreach campaigns.
• Analyze competitor activity and market dynamics to guide sales strategy. Industry Expertise & Data-Driven Strategy
• Leverage healthcare data to support planning and measure success.
• Stay current with regulatory changes, reimbursement models, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in healthcare business development, sales, or administration (SNF or subacute care preferred).
• Strong professional network in Illinois/Chicagoland skilled nursing and healthcare sectors.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, reimbursement systems, and payer dynamics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategy.
• Bachelor's degree preferred. Position Details
