Responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer experience
• Take payments in-person and via the phone
• Assist customers with coverage questions or how to file a claim
• Identify gaps in coverages and offer solutions that can provide better cost-efficient solutions
• Educate customers on how to protect their families and assets
• Assist agency in achieving satisfaction goals and asking for positive reviews

Requirements

• Strong interest in growing in a career
• Confident and self-motivated
• Insurance experience required
• Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to multi-task and prioritize for optimal follow-up and follow through
