Inside Sales Telemarketer We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Telemarketer to join our team. This role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities

:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads.
• Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with prospects.
• Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to close sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.

Qualifications

:

• Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to handle objections and rejection effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
