Full description of the position

Responsibilities

: - Sell products and services to customers in a retail setting - Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries - Upsell and cross-sell additional products to increase sales revenue - Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately - Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and product features - Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor Skills: - Strong sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions - Multilingual abilities, particularly Spanish, is a plus - Technical sales knowledge to effectively demonstrate product features and benefits - Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred Hourly pay + commission Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour Shift:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
