Job Description

: Are you passionate about fresh produce and connecting with the community? Join our team as a Farmers Market Sales Representative! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to promote and sell our high-quality tea at local farmers markets.

Responsibilities

: -Set up and organize the booth at the farmers market before opening hours. -Greet customers and provide excellent customer service by offering product information, sampling and answering questions. -Display products and samples in an appealing manner to attract customers. -Assist customers in selecting products and offer recommendations. -Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. -Maintain inventory levels and restock products as needed by visiting a centralized warehouse structure (likely weekly) -Ensure cleanliness and organization of the booth throughout the day. -Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals. -Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner. -Work with company owner to provide creative ideas for increasing sales

Qualifications

: -Ability to speak additional languages a plus -Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred. -Knowledge or interest in tea and sustainable food products. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Availability to work on weekends -must have own car Perks: -Daily base salary of $110 with gross revenue commission upside. -Hands-on experience in the vibrant farmers market industry. -Chance to build relationships with local farmers and artisans. -Discounts on our products. -Joining a high growth company with many future opportunities for career expansion and development Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $110.00 - $360.00 per day Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
