Key Responsibilities

:

• Customer Communication: Engage with customers via phone, email, fax, and in person to answer inquiries, provide quotes, and recommend tailored solutions that best meet their needs.
• Exceptional Service Deliver y: Consistently provide professional, courteous, and positive customer service that reflects the company's values.
• Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support sales efforts and streamline internal processes for greater efficiency.
• Team Participation: Actively contribute in team meetings and support ongoing improvement initiatives across departments.
• Versatility & Support: Assist with additional duties and projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a can-do attitude. What We 're Looking for in You:
• Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in sales support, customer service, or manufacturing environments.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience in a similar role.
• Strong Communication Skills: Clear, confident verbal and written communication abilities to support both team collaboration and customer interactions.
• Highly Organized: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to stay on top of multiple tasks and priorities.
• Customer-Focused Attitude: Friendly, professional, and service-oriented approach, with a commitment to putting customers first.
• Math Proficiency: Solid understanding of fractions, decimals, percentages, and basic geometry to support accurate work.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to read and interpret customer drawings, templates, and specifications with attention to detail.
• Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments: Comfortable working under pressure in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
• Detail-Oriented: Precision-focused with a strong commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
