Location: Various Nursing Homes, Patient Care Facilities, Churches and Community Areas for Seniors in the Memphis area. Position

Overview

: We are seeking a compassionate and dynamic Life and Health Agent to join our team on a part-time basis. This individual will be responsible for fostering meaningful interactions with senior citizens in nursing homes, patient care facilities, and other community areas where seniors reside. If you have a passion for enhancing the lives of seniors and possess strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

: - Engage with seniors through various activities and programs designed to promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and emotional well-being. - Build trust and rapport with residents, creating a safe and encouraging environment that fosters open communication and participation. - Collaborate with facility staff to develop and implement activities that cater to the interests and preferences of senior participants.

Qualifications

: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively with seniors. - Experience in working with elderly populations or in community engagement is preferred but not required. - Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in enhancing the quality of life for seniors. - Ability to organize and facilitate activities, encouraging participation and engagement. - Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
