General Summary Description Manager, Sales Operations is responsible for developing sales strategies focused on driving revenue, gaining market share and deliver profit targets.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage relationship with 3PL distributor to ensure customer pricing is loaded and accurate.
• Review and approve all customer related rebates and pricing credits.
• Manage and maintain Nostrums Master Price Log.
• Run month end sales reports and customer related rebate reports.
• Manage Government Pricing at 3PL.
• Manage Nostrums forecasts for all products.
• Manage customer related tradeshow sign ups.
• Maintain Nostrums rebate tracker and work closely with Finance team to assist with customer payments, accrual details, and forecast to actual documents.
• Support sales team with customer related request.
• Track and work closely with 3PL to manage credits and deductions put through by our customers.
• Run month end sales reports by products and by customers with gross and net sales.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports for CMS AMP Calculation etc.
• Track by customer charge backs and rebates accrual and application of the same so as to determine net accrual by customer on a monthly basis.
• Work with accounting and finance to prepare periodic reports (monthly/annual/quarterly) and on projects
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Direction Received : Light direction that requires only general instruction to begin assigned duties and work is reviewed after completion Analytical

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree and 3-4 years experience in Sales Operations and/or Supply Chain or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
