A trendy Y2K designer brand outlet in Downtown Los Angeles is looking for full-time and part-time Retail Sales Associates to join our team! Who We're Looking For:

• Retail sales experience required
• Strong social media presence preferred
• Background in fashion with experience in styling or merchandising
• Experience with visual merchandising and store displays
• Outgoing personality with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable creating TikTok and Instagram Reels to market the store and showcase merchandise

Responsibilities

:

• Greet and engage with every customer, creating a welcoming experience
• Maintain store organization and merchandising standards
• Keep displays fresh, attractive, and on-brand
• Create and post TikTok/Instagram Reels to promote the store and products
• Provide styling assistance and fashion insights to customers
• Build and develop customer relationships to drive sales
